Saturday, 18th May. Excursions are planed to the nearby location of the future "Spaceguard-HR telescope" and visit to the Visnjan vineyard road in the afternoon .

Sunday, 19th May, a half-day excursion is scheduled in the morning to visit the remnants of the 19. century world famous "K und K Kriegsmarine Pola Sternwarte", the Austro-Ungarian Naval Observatory  in the city of  Pula (ironed during the W.W.II by US bombers). From that observatory Johan Palisa started his exceptional work on asteroids.

Monday, 20th May, out of the meeting official part a full day excursion is planed: Possible directions:

1.) Visnjan, Briuni islands, Rovinj, Porec; Visnjan.

2.) Visnjan, Farra observatory, Crni vrh observatory, Postojna cave, Visnjan.

3.) For naturalists, Cape Kamenjak wild orchids, Labin, Motovun.
